The Confederation announces Catholicism as its state-endorsed religion, but embraces other sects of East and West Christianity in foreign trade. All Christian caravans can safely cross into Switzerland as long as a predetermined, designated route is provided upon entering.

To compensate and protect its trade, the Republic of the Swiss now endorses the Reisläufer der Republik, a designated and organized mercenary force. Proceeds primarily go to the Republic, which compensates the mercenaries and their families, and the Republic holds the authority to retract the party from any state deemed incapable of commanding it, and the Republic is able to use the force as it pleases as long as it is capable of affording it.

With the recent events and the acceptance of Trade Agreements. The Kingdom of Naples takes further steps to solidifying their nation in case of an outbreak of war.

The Kingdom of Naples Enacts the Mercenary Registrations Act - This act keeps the tabs of all the mercenaries enlisted into the kingdoms armed forces within our country as it makes for easier recruitment and will help us benefit from their services when we need them most. One of the draw backs to this act would be mercenaries doing whatever they want in foreign lands.
