The format for this league and some rules changes (check the ruleset that reflects the new rules and format):

League 1 is set as a 5v5. Captains must field/play 5v5. Captains should use L2 subs to make it to 5 if needed (Rule 18).

League 2 is set as a 8v8. League 2 must play to max roster depending on how many show for each match. 4v4-8v8 is allowed in League 2 but teams must play to the max possible (Rule 18).

Each team will play each other twice in both leagues, with 4 teams in each league advancing to playoffs.
