I am having some trouble installing this game, when ever I install the game it puts it into my napoleon module file but does nothing, but when I make it a separate module it fails to load textures that it needs

Inexperienced modding first starts with the text files. In the mod folder open actions.txt and you will find those lines, just read it carefully  :D

I did in fact open it and find it. I replaced the lines and went back to game after saving and they T posed when standing with melee.
I'm not using the Enhancement Mod, but I will be using some of the skins. The Running and walking animations are mainly what I'm after.
Thanks for the help though!

You need the Enhancement mod's animations BRF en_animations.brf I think so it loads the correct animation with the randomized variations.

I see, Well I guess that means I need Enhancement mod to run it, but I just don't want ALL the skins and textures, just want some them :(

Perhaps if it gathers enough support it can be done with a skins only version.. actually in that case you'll better off installing the mod and adding what you want to NW. Unless it's a different standalone mod.

Is there a way to disable the enhancement?

Before installing the enhancement mod make a copy of your Napoleonic Wars folder and rename the copy to Napoleonic Wars EN for example. You can rename the folders at will to choose between one or the other at a time.

I already installed it, is there a way to do it from there?

Nope, if you still want to have a vanilla version of the game, you're going to have to verify the game. To do so, you go into your Steam library and right click Mount and Blade: Warband. Select properties and then click on the "Local Files" tab. Choose "Verify Integrity of Game Cache." So once it is done, do what usnavy30 said and make a copy of the vanilla folder. Wish there was an easier way of doing this.

Nope, if you still want to have a vanilla version of the game, you're going to have to verify the game.

Please don't verify your game, it doesn't work and will take longer than this approach: delete your NW folder and let steam redownload it. You'll get a fresh copy of NW without any traces of the mod left over.
Check out mods I've worked on: Blood and Iron: Age of Imperialism, and North and South!

How do you pick which skins you want to use? I would like to replace the Sutherland with the 42nd option and the French Light Infantry 1er Tirallieurs with the 5e Voltiguers.

I believe there is a readme file some where in the folder that can tell you how to do it.

To enable the 42nd you open the module.ini in notepad to enable or disable lines. A # (number sign, pound key, hashtag) will disable a file when typed in front of the load_mod_resource section.

No problem, I'm happy to be of help. ^^
The module.ini is incredibly simple yet powerful to enable or disable BRF files in this manner.
