First you need openBRF and know how to use it
you need vanilla NW as backup to do this process
*first find in vanilla NW Resource folder this BRF file: mm_russian_uniforms the pirate hat mesh is at the top of the mesh list here
next find in the enhancement NW Resource this BRF file: en_russian_uniforms the new hat is at the top of the mesh list again
*Take the original pirate hat mesh from mm_russian_uniforms.brf and press copy (edit tab) over all 3 parts that make up the hat with .1 and .2
Then paste the original pirate hat mesh into en_russian_uniforms and press paste (edit tab) and delete or rename the new hat mesh
Finally in the item_kinds1.txt file of the enhancement module find the pirate_hat item file
Replace the new item file with this old item file from vanilla

Save the file in notepad and done finally.
