They share the same pants as the British.

Actually it's possible to change the pantaloons for units that share them with others. When you have the uniform set, the different meshes are always named thus: "example.1" etc. If you copy the offending pants, and name them "example.2" or whatever the last number in the mesh line is, then the pants will simple be taken from the tunic meshes rather than the general pants one. Once this is done to all the units that share the pants, you can mod each unit's pants individually without any problems!

I'd rather the Imperial Guard stay untouched, but maybe the 45e should get a Greatcoat?
But its like the 1er is dressed in parade gear which looks really odd to me.

Parrot I need this skin for this game to be playable during events for me, I cant stand the default skin for the 1er  :'(    Pretty please with a cherry on top ?  :D

In regards to the animation, Mr.T gave me a like to it, need to ask him for it as I've lost it  :-\

That animation was something I had hoped could be added only for the "bayonet active" movements as in Blood and Iron, however this is achieved by switching weapons when attaching your bayonet through codes and more fun stuff like that, that won't work with the pack as it's client side. Replacing the walking animation with it is a possibility, but I think it would look too strange when you're reg starts walking up a hill and poking each other in the never-mind...  :o

For the greatcoats, I think I agree with Nurdbot on this one :P However after the next update (which will hopefully be soon) I might do a small optional download for the greatcoats :D

8TH KING'S REGIMENT OF FOOT (AND JORGE)'S SEAL OF APPROVAL

We're getting every 8th member to download it :D

YAY! Thanks for that!! ;D  Always great to hear of people enjoying it, and then entire regiments using it! Makes it all worth while :P

It does a good job of diversifying and improving the DLC visuals from the best of the NW the modding community whilst adding new and improved sound effects.

A must have for newcomers and veterans in need of a little bit of change to keep things fresh.

To do that, the mod (which is currently just retexture/reskins/remodels) would need it's own modification files. This means you will be unable to play with other people, unless they have the mod.

That's one of Raddeo's custom animations, if you're ever curious about where something comes from, check the "included in this mod.txt" file, it lists everything and who made them :D

Well then! I think it's time to let you lot know how the next update is coming along:

So here we go!

Already completed:
 - Replaced the French 84e with a Swiss regiment (2e Regiment d'Infanterie de Suisse - yes it's a Swiss French regiment, I'd love to replace the Bavarians with a Swiss German regiment but I get the feeling that a lot of people would get their knickers in a twist :P )
 - Replaced the British Lights with Grumpy's Perth Lights (awesome hats!)
 - Added the 29y Chernigovskiy to the Russians (from Raddeo)
 - Added a new idle stance which was made by the fantastic Raddeo (where would I be without you?)
 - Replaced the Iniskilling Dragoons with Attila's Scots Greys
 - Replaced the vanilla Cossacks with Bluehawk's awesome Cossacks of the Guard skin
 - Reduced the amount of time smoke hangs in the air from 32 seconds to 15 seconds
 - Increased the amount of time the idle animations run for from 4 seconds to 9 seconds

Work in progress:
 - New Russian Foot Guard (robin red breast) tunic
 - Salzburg Landwehr for the first Austrian line infantry
 - Salzburg Stadt Schützen regiment replacement for the Austrian Hungarian (Blue Pants) regiment

Raddeo's new stance is possibly the most natural looking animation I've seen in NW so far; at least the wrist doesn't defy body physics anymore!
