I can, but saying "today we end this" considering the fact it wasn't planned at all, I won't say it's stupid 'cause I won't insult you (no reason for insulting, insulting is stupid, etc.) But it's simply impossible. Some people planned other things for after the matches, in French team for example, but I'm sure in other teams there are many people that planned other things.
So if you want to speed this up, very well, but put semifinals and finals on tomorrow, so at least everyone has one day to prepare, and it'll be good. 'Cause actually, saying "we end it in 5 hours" it's nonsense.

Not impossible about time, but maybe about attendance, some people can't afford to stay 2 hours on this, and may have other things to do. At least remove finals to tomorrow then, so people will have time to prepare, 'cause really, saying "we end this today", some won't know it (not everyone reads the thread, and not everyone is connected on Steam during a Saturday).
I think people will be alright if the 3rd place match and the final are played on tomorrow, and many will be bored if they have to chain 3 matches
