Hard to fight when 8/10 have +100 ping whilst 2/10 in the enemy team have +100 ping.

It's not a new phenomenon.

This whole ping spike thing has happened many times in the past. French and Dutch servers seem less prone to it. But the old Group fighting server regularly had this problem.
