Oh, well ok. At least you're not otakus. I actually do like some animes, but I rarely ever watch them. I personally don't find the style appealing, but if they can make it interesting, I can get into it. Gotta say Hetalia is one of my most hated animes because I've met a lot of people who just got their facts about countries from that show. 
If you want interesting or creative anime that are not shounen rehashes don't read this thread because 95% of it is exactly that.
Also congrats on being the only person to use that image in an almost proper context. Hayao Miyazaki was referring to the losers in Japan that never leave their room, watch shit tons of moe, hentai and ecchi. Collect a bunch of figures and memorabillia and are almost always socially inept or retarded.
In the west otaku are basically people who self title themselves that and are typically the same. Autisitc "muh Bleach muh Naruto muh Attack on Titan" autists, except they wear the name like a badge of honor even though its the exact opposite in Japan.
Weaboo are just autistic [Censored by FSE Staff] that watch a few popular mediocre shows they seen on Tumblr or Leddit and start calling themselves true (Insert Japanese Culture here) and doing dumb shit like learning japanese, cosplaying and making it a point to let everyone know they loooooooveeeee japan.
They are all shitstains on the industry.
