If I've made my own custom flag, how do I put it into the game?

Okay so you use OpenBrf to find the flag you want to replace, click on it and on the top-right hand corner, just before the model it says material and texture highlight and copy that name use PAINT.NET or any other texture program and search the texture open it and find the flag and replace it with your custom flag.

Where can I find the flags?

Go to your Photoshop, find the Textures folder of Napoleonic Wars and look for something called colours_a

Oh my bad, I meant the flags that appear over your head, the player banners

It's, as I mentioned before, "banners_a" and "banners_b".
