It was early in the morning
He woke up to the sounds of endless cannon fire
He took on his coat and hat
He took his sword who was still red after yesterday
Opened his Door and saw the light
The smell of dead bodies and screams in the distance grapshed his face
He had so much Pride and was from Ni
Therefore he got his name PrideOfNi
His soldiers feared him
When he marched the field
He was the biggest general of the Austrian Army
Some even say he was greater than the British
He led both Lines and Calvery
It was known that pride didn’t fear a thing
Even death didn’t seem to scare him
He had scars from fights with the french
He cared for his boys
He gave the death ones graves so they would be remembered
He was like a father to them who was scared
He gladly charged with his men! To show them courage
He never punished his own men! Only the enemy
He gave them plenty to eat and drink
Even if he had to pay himself
Pride once said!
”A good Army is a happy Army”
And so the story of the great General
Who would give his life to save his boys
Lets never forget
PrideOfNi from the K-KA!
