This is not because you are banned, have you tried to restart your computer? This is something that happened to me as well some years back, but after a day or two it fixed itself.

If you still have this proble you should check your firewall, or send a ticket to steam support, saw some threads on the internet as well.

It's best to assume its your internet that's the problem.

It's sad to see this server die out.

Population of the server has decreased a lot compared to before and it stands empty almost every evening. 33rd_Siege is really the only reason why i play NW and it's sad seeing it empty every time i check. Maybe it's NW that's dying out. Just thought to bring up this subject.
