If we want to play that game, from what I understand 55th wasnt offered moving to L2 despite having an equally shitty roster.

The difference between rosters is insane tho. And from what I remember 55th dug their own grave by adding players to their roster who didn’t even show which made them look better on paper then they actually were.

Pretty much this. Also worth mentioning they had a group of good players who then refused to play, then trying to move to L2 regiments in which we added new roster rules because of.

Nah you dont know what was going down at the time. There was a mad scramble to try to make 55th competitive enough to play in L1 since the remaining players were starting to leave the reg. I think some of us, myself included, thought the negligence of the 55th command at the time did cost us moving to L2, since its true they did also have a bunch of players that weren't really going to play. In retrospect would have been great if 55th did go to L2 then

Either way, 96y will probably roll L2 now so at least they can be proud of that

past is the past can't change it unfortunately, now I'm just curious to see how the top regs of L2 fare against the 96y and whether any L2 regs could have been moved up! bit sad that there's only 3 regs now in L1

Also 96y can talk for themselves, it's pretty clear they don't belong in league 1 after getting 15-0'ed and 15-2ed. As someone who knows desant he isn't a cry baby. cant say the same for some people from 55th tho.
