I'd say every league 1 match would have to be played. Since league 2 players can sub in there should be no reason for a league 1 match to be low on players

The reason they did that is because previous hosts just allow extension after extension basically nullifying the sub role and only playing with all starters. If you don’t allow as many extensions, the not playing subs issue disappears

Well if you look at other leagues this wasn’t an issue. Risks previous league we only had 6-7 people on each roster and each team had to play 2 matches a week. In that league there were only 2-3 total extensions. Last league we had 2-3 extensions per week. With different leaderships at the helm I expect this to go much better and like Theo said, worst case scenario we force match days.
