If someone is going to claim a reg name they need to actually play the game and use it. if they claim a name but never actually play the game with it then someone else should have the right to use it. The CR would need to do extensive research on each claim of each name it's a big responsibility we also need someone who will contuine to do the job after they're elected and not fizz out as many NA nw crs have.

Wouldn't be as hard as you think in all honesty. Just check a few dates. Check the threads. Check steam groups if applicable. Make the judgment. If one side has proof they were longer, they can provide it then if they wish to debate the ruling.

As cool as that would be, since I would get it , it wouldn't really be necessary with the role of a CR being present in the community imo. Regiment List already has a dedicated account run by myself and at least two others, though at least one of the three isn't really around.

I'd say just do what they do on NW, post your name in English and then post your thread in your native language. It's a win-win you keep the name, and you get to have it in your native language as well.
