Basically a UCL with a league format ruled by the top teams instead of being ruled by corrupted UEFA, i dont see whats wrong with that.
Football has always been a working class sport.
Scottish football suffered due to the pandemic and clubs encouraged fans that could afford to, to pay their season tickets to keep cash generating for the club, many did and they knew that they wouldn't see many, if any games. I'm assuming that campaigns like this went on around europe with fans continuing to support the team that is important and probably local to them. This would be a major kick in the teeth to those fans. Its not about the prestige of "winning" its literally for tv money.
UEFA may be corrupt (no more than fifa) but this isn't the way forward. It'll make a small handful of people a lot of money but doesn't do anything for the actual fans or benefit the game.
All clubs should be against this but many will see the bottom lines and get greedy.
