Ideally rookie teams who haven't been invited straight off the bat, will have to provide full rosters that adhere to the rules before their applications get accepted/denied

We are looking for rookie teams, and judging from Constellis' performance tonight, it clearly isn't a rookie team and thus won't be able to participate in this edition of the rookie tournament. WP in the tournament 8v8 though  ;D
