Rules

1. Rules are the standard for a groupfight. Teamhitting, Teamkilling or just general trolling will result in your teams immediate removal from the tournament. Admins are to be listened too at all times. When you don't obey the admin commands, this will result in one round playing with one member less, and the 2nd time the guy insulting will get banned from the tournament, and the team has to play with 6 players

2. Matches will be ft5 during the group-stage, matches will be ft7 during the knock-out stage and ft10 in the finals and semi-finals.

3. There will be a group-stage and a knock-out stage. Depending on the amount of interest whether it be 2 groups or 4 groups would be up to change
    3b. We will try our best to balance, however we cannot guarantee anything.

4. Rosters will be locked 3 hours before the event. Players can not be taken off or added after this unless under extreme circumstances (highly unlikely).

5. Only 10 members of your team will be able to be signed up to a teams roster with only 7 playing at any given point

6. Only use of the 45e and 33rd units. Its a simple rule to follow, anyone caught another unit will be slayed even if it is during a round.

7. No trash-talk (banter is fine). This rule is for use at the admins discretion, following rule 1.

8 Deadline for an application to play is 1 day before the start of the tournament.

9. Details for the tournament will be send to all captains at least one hour before the start of the tournament

10. One Member of the team has to be on the server 10mins before it starts.

11. Teams are only allowed TWO minutes of delay between each round then an auto go will occur on that specific given match. This rule also counts when matches have just been being called out - teams have two minutes to reach the given set arena

Why?:

Roster Rules (PLEASE READ)

1. Only one player from a top 10 team will be allowed to play in a set rookie team only if the player is the Captain/Co-Captain. This is a feature based from Rookie tournaments in Native and as most of the teams who are playing would be regimental based, I trust that no one would abuse this mechanic. EGL will be used as a bench mark for this with the current top 10 teams barred from playing, rosters of Cazadores and Jedis inluded.

2. There will be a carpet ban on all players that participated within Python's Top 30 Invitational Tournament. This rule will run along side Rule 1.

3. Up to 10 signups within a roster.

4. Currently there are 9 signed up teams but we would obviously to field more ideally 12 - 14 teams would be the sweet spot. Despite the tournament being an invitational with the majority of mainstream rookie teams being invited, applications are welcome as long as they adhere to Rule 1.

Some additional information:

I want this tournament to be as community run as possible thus the date is undecided but the two doable dates are 28th Feb/ 5th march though I personally am leaning towards 28th

Please do read the roster rules meticulously before signing up teams as if not then your team application would get rejected
