French servers are generally much higher quality than German severs, regardless of ping.

Do a 'coinflip' if people don't get an agreement about what servers they use. I remember this has been used in some of our MRGL matches to avoid a 'conflict'

If teams can't agree on a French or German server, the only 2 ways I see of resolving is to either flip a coin or just make them use a neutral server like a UK one as Herishey suggested.

or even maybe a NL server as the routing is quite good and even more neutral.
