Does anybody have a issue with the values of points gained in the team standings for a win in groupstages (10 per match win), compared to how many points you gained for your teams actual placement? Do you think the game is proportional? Or should the points gap be widened?

Considering you can finish 3rd in groups, win every tournament and end up tied with a team that wins their groups and always comes 2nd it's theoretically kinda weird.
Something like 125|100|80|60|40|30 wouldn't hurt. That way if you finish 3rd in groups (2 wins aka 20p) and win you only get 5 extra points ahead of a team that wins their group but loses the final. This still makes groups matches important but impossible for there to be a tie even though there's a "clear winner".

Basically there shouldn't be able to be a tie between the winner of the tournament and the team that comes 2nd.

Why not be a little bit more advanced and base the points of a formula from the previous tournament's team standings; some groups are going to have harder opponents, same with knockouts. If you defeat someone who's top 3 in the team standings in groups, that surely should count for more than just beating a team that's last on the standings, same for knocking out favourites in the knockouts. X points for winning Y points for defeating Y team.

Ill edit them on.Yes MVP standing is limited to 20 on fse but we do have a google document being shared soon. All people on equal points will remain alphabetically ranked.
