What scale are you using?

and what is the ratio you're going for, from the sounds of it, it looks like you're going for like 1:20th of the historical numbers

Hi there,  they are 28mm  or 1/50 scale,   I  am going to display between 100-150  figures that will be glued in position  on a fixed diorama setting  of the farm and part of the one side and part of the frontal roadside, as I have to fit it all on a bord that will sit on  my side unit, when finished it will be enclosed in a glass case.

Hi all,   I'm back    I have been busy doing some aircraft modeling  and gave my self a break from this, but I decided to have a go at some more figures  - this time I have started on  Major Baring   who was paramount in defending the farm.
So far he is built along with his horse  but awaits painting.
