Send me your lacrosse training regime
I am now retired but I would suggest buying a net and a bounce back net (you can use a wall at a school or any other brick wall also) or going to a field near you. I used to practice sprints while cradling w/ the ball, practice my roll dodge and split dodge. My roll and split dodges were very very good because I used to practice them all the time. Use the bounce back net and just practice catching over and over until you get bored. Then I'd set up the bounce back net and practice my catch and shooting. I was attack and played in front of the crease, my job was to catch the ball and shoot fast so I'd work on that for a while also.
