The 84th Royal Highland Emigrants is a regiment in Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars. Originally founded by TheJollyCanadian and Glenn on 6/06/20. Although the 84th is a primarily North American based regiment, we also are happy to have players from around the globe. If you are interested in joining, read on! If you're interested in joining the 84th contact an officer on steam for more information!  The 84th will attend a handfull of linebattles a week, These events include artilery, calvary, and line to conduct large scale battles. This is a fantastic way to get more from this game, and also be part of a fun and friendly gaming community.

The 84th was raised in present day Ontario to defend against American Revolutionaries. The 84th Regiment had one of the oldest and most experienced officer corps of any regiment in North America many veterans from the Seven Years War. They were a key element of the British Army in the American Revolution. Starting in 1776, they fought in the Battle of Moore's Creek Bridge, The defence of Fort St. John, the battle of Quebec, and the defence of Nova scotia from land and sea attacks.

September 2020 The 33rd is as ever, openly Recruiting! We attend four weekly events, alongside numerous others scheduled each week, all of which we run ourselves with no commitment beyond one event a week required to stay on our Roster. We maintain three active companies - Line with Lights and Cavalry to support, with 114 members (23 reserves) on the strength as of September 2020; This company system allows us to contribute a large presence as one whole regiment in our events, whilst maintaining smaller communities in which individual members can play their part. August has continued the trend of a greater emphasis on more competitive matches for the 33rd; casual linebattles have been kept to a minimum (other than those we usually host) and a whopping 31 matches have been fought in the past month. These have consisted of 11 Infantry 'A' team matches, 6 Infantry 'B' team, 7 Cavalry and 7 casual. Sincere thanks to all branches of the regiment for keeping enthusiasm high and keeping in practice - hopefully this will show in the upcoming tournaments NWBC & Cavalry league... Looking for men willing to serve and join the Centre, Light and Grenadier Companies!

The regiment was raised on 18-6-2017 as the '72nd "Duke of Albany's own" Regiment of Foot' by Colonel Wolffe and companions. The 72nd consisted of 2 companies, a Centre and an Artillery company. Events were only held on a modification of "Mount and Blade: Warband" called "Whigs and Tories". After the majority of the regiment and its members decided that they wanted to make the jump to NW we decided to rename the regiment to the infamous "92nd 'Gordon Highlanders' Regiment of Foot". We met with a lot of difficulties along the way, we lost a lot of staff due to different ideas and private matters, we also lost a good core of our members after we moved to NW. But some stayed true and build up the regiment again. We even raised a Light company in early 2018. The regiment has always stood for 3 things, Discipline, Skill and Fun. We stayed loyal to these 3 things and made sure that they were balanced. Our Regimental Motto: "Bydand" meaning "Steadfast" or "stand your ground" fitted us and our 3 values quite well. Disaster struck us again in mid/late 2018 after we had to disband both the Light and Artillery Company. We pushed through however and on 26 February 2019 we re-raised the Lights under the command of Vegi. We grew once again this time however we kept the attendance and old friends rejoined the regiment, turning it into the perfect place to have fun, learn about history and play games together. Through all the hard times and the good most Gordon Highlanders stayed true and loyal, this was the sole reason for the staff to keep the regiment up and running and turning her into a beast of a unit. Hi, the 4thKGA is an English speaking detachment in the 2nd King's German Brigade and it wants you!
The 2ndKGLB has different detachments but only one of them is artillery. We need abled bodies willing to catch cannon balls, big strong (wo)men to build us bunkers & forts, and last but not least; we need someone to bomb the enemy into oblivion.

Past experience is not a requirement and won't block you from finalizing your long last dream of shooting a cannon. All we ask is that you are able to attend events once in a while

Saturday - A brief training / meet up to chill have fun

September has been a bitter sweet month, with events and tournament matches still in full flow but also having to put our Sunday event on hold; The event has been a testament to our regiments longevity and consistent stability, having been hosted week in week out (with no breaks except christmas) for over 7 years. The event may return in the coming months if there is a need but only time will tell - in the meantime our sincere thanks to the regiments who were present at our final event on 20th September and the hundreds (probably) that have attended it over the many years since its creation, way back in 2013. Slight changes to our events timetable and roster below but nothing huge - here's to a good October all... God Save the King & his 33rd Regiment! His most Britannic Majesty's 45th Regiment of foot was raised on the 26th March 2016 by Vegetarian.
It is a semi-serious competitive regiment that is English speaking and accepts all nationalities, Recruits have to attend one Line-battle
and one training before becoming an official member of the regiment, so that you show you are dedicated enough to be active. The history of this regiment is as twisted and long as an olive branch with our first Colonel Vegetarian forming the regiment in 2016. The regiment changed hands multiple times until in 2017, Nova seized control of the regiment including both companies with the help of notable officers and NCOs, namely Flibbit, Maskman and Flasheart in a blood coup resulting in the disbandment of the Light Infantry. With the formation and dissolution of several companies such as cavalry and artillery, a successful merge with Mitchell's 10th in 2020 has guaranteed the 45th Nottinghamshire a place in the top five largest and best casual competitive regiments within the NW scene. Ever since, for three years straight the regiment has stayed a steady course towards great internal glory slowly becoming the power house it is today, a regiment with three separate companies hosting daily events being able to field a total 50-60 players at any given point.

The 45th Nottinghamshire is lead by Colonel Nova and boasts three detachments each with their own events which Nova oversees and leads. The 45th Nottinghamshire is well rooted both in the casual and competitive scenes with the regiment hosting its own successful Thursday event as well as preforming very well in many regimental tournaments and leagues such as RGL, GLBT, RMT and Kincaids 2v2. The Regiment can be broken up into three separate detachments, The Centre Company (aka the Line Company) Major Maskman and Ensigh Mitchell. The Lights company is lead by Lieutenant Jack and finally the Grenandier company (Grens) lead by Ensign Jerome. For tournament and group fight matches only the very best from each company will be selected for attendance, the Grenadiers making up the back bone of competitive events.
The regiment boasts an experienced cadre of NCOs who are invaluable in keeping good order in the line, such as Company Sergeant Major Valley and Lefty (Grens and Lights), Colour Serjeant Floris and Natty (Grens and Line), as well as many other junior NCOs often leading their respective companies on the ground whilst the officers and Battalion staff tend to the regiment's administrative work. Special thanks to Flasheart, the most loved uncle of the regiment!

Our Goals in Napoleonic Wars *** The 45thN will mainly focus on participating in weekly-based line battles and sieges. The Regiment will mainly focus on improving their shooting and melee to compete in future 1v1s and 2v2s against other regiments. The 45thN is a very competitive regiment. We came 2nd in the 2nd division of GLBT. We do very often groupfighting events as well as tournaments. Trainings will also be organized throughout the week to get our members to their peak performance in the game. On the other hand, we will be jumping onto public servers to have a laugh and to enjoy ourselves, We want to accomplish in Napoleonic Wars to become a fun mature regiment to keep the entertainment at its highest peak! Recruit Guidebook *** The individuals of the regiment are constantly cheerful when a new member joins in. We will willingly welcome all those who show interest by joining the regiment. Once joined the regiment, Recruits are expected to show great dedication and motivation towards the regiment as well as improving their melee and shooting in-game. If you are active within 2 weeks, you will be promoted to Private and from there, you will slowly but surely progress through the ranks whilst showing melee skills and discipline. If you, however, encounter a problem within the regiment or your not to sure about something, then do please contact one of the Commanding Officers or a Non-Commissioned Officer as they will always be available at your disposal and would really want to help.

Historical Overview - 45th Nottinghamshire, Reg't of Foot *** The regiment was raised by Colonel Daniel Houghton as Houghton's Regiment in 1741 for service during the War of the Austrian Succession. It was first posted to Gibraltar in 1745, before moving to Nova Scotia in 1747 for garrison duty. The regiment was ranked as the 56th Regiment of Foot in 1747 but was re-ranked as the 45th Regiment of Foot in 1751. The regiment fell victim to a raid on Dartmouth in May 1751 during Father Le Loutre's War when Mi'kmaq and Acadia militia from Chignecto, under the command of Acadian Joseph Broussard, raided Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, destroying the town, killing twenty British villagers and torturing and mutilating a sergeant from the 45th Foot. The regiment then defeated the local militia at the Battle of Fort Beauséjour in June 1755. The regiment also took part in the Siege of Louisbourg in July 1758 during the French and Indian War. The regiment also saw action in North America during the American War of Independence, fighting at the Battle of Long Island in August 1776 before returning to England in 1778. In 1782 the citizens of Nottinghamshire petitioned for the regiment to have the county name included in the regimental name: this was granted and the regiment became the 45th (1st Nottinghamshire) Regiment. In March 1786 the regiment embarked for the West Indies and garrisoned Martinique, Dominica and Îles des Saintes during the French Revolutionary Wars. In May 1801, on the home journey, some 150 French prisoners aboard the ship, the Windsor, overpowered the guard, locked the officers in their cabins and took possession of the ship.

45th Nottinghamshire in the Napoleonic Era ***

In spring 1807 the regiment embarked on the disastrous British invasion of the River Plate: it saw action at the Second Battle of Buenos Aires in July 1807 but, in the face of defeat, discipline collapsed and eleven men of the regiment completely disappeared. However another unit of the regiment successfully charged the enemy, taking two howitzers and many prisoners. The regiment embarked for Portugal in July 1808 to serve under General Sir Arthur Wellesley in the Peninsular War. The regiment fought at the Battle of Roliça in August 1808, the Battle of Vimeiro later that month and the Battle of Talavera, where it won the nickname "Old Stubborn", in July 1809. The regiment went on to fight at the Battle of Bussaco in September 1810 before falling back to the Lines of Torres Vedras. It saw action again at Battle of Fuentes de Oñoro in May 1811, the Siege of Ciudad Rodrigo in January 1812 and the Siege of Badajoz in March 1812 before fighting at the Battle of Salamanca in July 1812 and the Battle of Vitoria in June 1813. It then pursued the French Army into France and fought at the Battle of the Pyrenees in July 1813, the Battle of Nivelle in November 1813 and the Battle of Orthez in February 1814 as well as the Battle of Toulouse in April 1814. The regiment returned home in June 1814.

Information The 77y is a International regiment under the banners of the Russian Empire, with a long, rich history in the community, being founded in 2009. The general behaviour of the regiment is relaxed and casual with a focus on having fun in the game instead of loud shouting and ordering around. We currently are fielding 3 detachments, Line Infantry, Light Infantry and Artillery. Each detachment provides a different playstyle and experience during events. This is because of the range of formations, ranks and commands vary between each one. However all three provide the enjoyable experience both we and others in the community seek. Furthermore each detachment play a range of events from Linebattles, Sieges, Trenchbattles, GroupFights and Conquests. With all our events optional, nothing stopping you from playing with a different detachment everyday and no attendance requirement to stay within the regiment. Furthermore for players who wish to play the more competitive side of NW, Spooky set up a 77y Groupfighting Team going up against both regiments and dedicated GF teams. When we are not having fun in Napoleonic Wars, we play a variety of other games together such as ArmA, Crusader Kings 2, D&D and more. Interested in joining? The 84th Royal Highland Emigrants is a regiment in Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars. Originally founded by TheJollyCanadian and Glenn on 6/06/20. Although the 84th is a primarily North American based regiment, we also are happy to have players from around the globe. If you are interested in joining, read on! If you're interested in joining the 84th contact an officer on steam for more information!  The 84th will attend a handfull of linebattles a week, These events include artilery, calvary, and line to conduct large scale battles. This is a fantastic way to get more from this game, and also be part of a fun and friendly gaming community.

The 84th was raised in present day Ontario to defend against American Revolutionaries. The 84th Regiment had one of the oldest and most experienced officer corps of any regiment in North America many veterans from the Seven Years War. They were a key element of the British Army in the American Revolution. Starting in 1776, they fought in the Battle of Moore's Creek Bridge, The defence of Fort St. John, the battle of Quebec, and the defence of Nova scotia from land and sea attacks.

November 2020 The 33rd is as ever, openly Recruiting! We attend four weekly events, alongside numerous others scheduled each week, all of which we run ourselves with no commitment beyond one event a week required to stay on our Roster. We maintain three active companies - Line with Lights and Cavalry to support, with 106 members (19 reserves) on the strength as of November 2020; This company system allows us to contribute a large presence as one whole regiment in our events, whilst maintaining smaller communities in which individual members can play their part. In October the regiment has returned to a busy schedule of events both casual and competitive, upping our weekly events to 4 per week and participating in 30 groupfights throughout the course of the month; consisting of 11 A team, 5 B team, 9 casual and 5 cavalry matches. All branches of the regiment pitching in to improve at their respective level to such an extent is fantastic to see (we love to see it...)! After only a month of postponement we have also been able to re-host our Sunday Linebattle, which has gone from strength to strength in the short weeks since it has been back. Finally a new addition will be materializing on our main thread shortly, a full detailed tournament history of our regiments participation in the competitive scene of NW since 2012, see below! His most Britannic Majesty's 45th Regiment of foot was raised on the 26th March 2016 by Vegetarian.
It is a semi-serious competitive regiment that is English speaking and accepts all nationalities, Recruits have to attend one Line-battle
and one training before becoming an official member of the regiment, so that you show you are dedicated enough to be active. The history of this regiment is as twisted and long as an olive branch with our first Colonel Vegetarian forming the regiment in 2016. The regiment changed hands multiple times until in 2017, Nova seized control of the regiment including both companies with the help of notable officers and NCOs, namely Flibbit, Maskman and Flasheart in a blood coup resulting in the disbandment of the Light Infantry. With the formation and dissolution of several companies such as cavalry and artillery, a successful merge with Mitchell's 10th in 2020 has guaranteed the 45th Nottinghamshire a place in the top five largest and best casual competitive regiments within the NW scene. Ever since, for three years straight the regiment has stayed a steady course towards great internal glory slowly becoming the power house it is today, a regiment with three separate companies hosting daily events being able to field a total 50-60 players at any given point.

The 45th Nottinghamshire is lead by Colonel Nova and boasts three detachments each with their own events which Nova oversees and leads. The 45th Nottinghamshire is well rooted both in the casual and competitive scenes with the regiment hosting its own successful Thursday event as well as preforming very well in many regimental tournaments and leagues such as RGL, GLBT, RMT and Kincaids 2v2. The Regiment can be broken up into three separate detachments, The Centre Company is lead by Major Maskman and Lieutenant Mitchell. The Lights company is lead by Lieutenant Jack and finally the Grenandier company (Grens) lead by Ensign Jerome. For tournament and group fight matches only the very best from each company will be selected for attendance, the Grenadiers making up the back bone of the roster for competitive events.
The regiment boasts an experienced cadre of NCOs who are invaluable in keeping good order in the line, such as Company Sergeant Major Valley and Lefty (Grens and Lights), Colour Serjeant Floris and Natty (Grens and Line), as well as many other junior NCOs often leading their respective companies on the ground whilst the officers and Battalion staff tend to the regiment's administrative work. Special thanks to Flasheart, the most loved uncle of the regiment!

Our Goals in Napoleonic Wars *** The 45thN will mainly focus on participating in weekly-based line battles and sieges. The Regiment will mainly focus on improving their shooting and melee to compete in future 1v1s and 2v2s against other regiments. The 45thN is a very competitive regiment. We came 2nd in the 2nd division of GLBT. We do very often groupfighting events as well as tournaments. Trainings will also be organized throughout the week to get our members to their peak performance in the game. On the other hand, we will be jumping onto public servers to have a laugh and to enjoy ourselves, We want to accomplish in Napoleonic Wars to become a fun mature regiment to keep the entertainment at its highest peak! Recruit Guidebook *** The individuals of the regiment are constantly cheerful when a new member joins in. We will willingly welcome all those who show interest by joining the regiment. Once joined the regiment, Recruits are expected to show great dedication and motivation towards the regiment as well as improving their melee and shooting in-game. If you are active within 2 weeks, you will be promoted to Private and from there, you will slowly but surely progress through the ranks whilst showing melee skills and discipline. If you, however, encounter a problem within the regiment or your not to sure about something, then do please contact one of the Commanding Officers or a Non-Commissioned Officer as they will always be available at your disposal and would really want to help.

Historical Overview - 45th Nottinghamshire, Reg't of Foot *** The regiment was raised by Colonel Daniel Houghton as Houghton's Regiment in 1741 for service during the War of the Austrian Succession. It was first posted to Gibraltar in 1745, before moving to Nova Scotia in 1747 for garrison duty. The regiment was ranked as the 56th Regiment of Foot in 1747 but was re-ranked as the 45th Regiment of Foot in 1751. The regiment fell victim to a raid on Dartmouth in May 1751 during Father Le Loutre's War when Mi'kmaq and Acadia militia from Chignecto, under the command of Acadian Joseph Broussard, raided Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, destroying the town, killing twenty British villagers and torturing and mutilating a sergeant from the 45th Foot. The regiment then defeated the local militia at the Battle of Fort Beauséjour in June 1755. The regiment also took part in the Siege of Louisbourg in July 1758 during the French and Indian War. The regiment also saw action in North America during the American War of Independence, fighting at the Battle of Long Island in August 1776 before returning to England in 1778. In 1782 the citizens of Nottinghamshire petitioned for the regiment to have the county name included in the regimental name: this was granted and the regiment became the 45th (1st Nottinghamshire) Regiment. In March 1786 the regiment embarked for the West Indies and garrisoned Martinique, Dominica and Îles des Saintes during the French Revolutionary Wars. In May 1801, on the home journey, some 150 French prisoners aboard the ship, the Windsor, overpowered the guard, locked the officers in their cabins and took possession of the ship.

45th Nottinghamshire in the Napoleonic Era ***

In spring 1807 the regiment embarked on the disastrous British invasion of the River Plate: it saw action at the Second Battle of Buenos Aires in July 1807 but, in the face of defeat, discipline collapsed and eleven men of the regiment completely disappeared. However another unit of the regiment successfully charged the enemy, taking two howitzers and many prisoners. The regiment embarked for Portugal in July 1808 to serve under General Sir Arthur Wellesley in the Peninsular War. The regiment fought at the Battle of Roliça in August 1808, the Battle of Vimeiro later that month and the Battle of Talavera, where it won the nickname "Old Stubborn", in July 1809. The regiment went on to fight at the Battle of Bussaco in September 1810 before falling back to the Lines of Torres Vedras. It saw action again at Battle of Fuentes de Oñoro in May 1811, the Siege of Ciudad Rodrigo in January 1812 and the Siege of Badajoz in March 1812 before fighting at the Battle of Salamanca in July 1812 and the Battle of Vitoria in June 1813. It then pursued the French Army into France and fought at the Battle of the Pyrenees in July 1813, the Battle of Nivelle in November 1813 and the Battle of Orthez in February 1814 as well as the Battle of Toulouse in April 1814. The 84th Royal Highland Emigrants is a regiment in Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars. Originally founded by TheJollyCanadian and Glenn on 6/06/20. Although the 84th is a primarily North American based regiment, we also are happy to have players from around the globe. If you are interested in joining, read on! If you're interested in joining the 84th contact an officer on steam for more information!  The 84th will attend a handfull of linebattles a week, These events include artilery, calvary, and line to conduct large scale battles. The 84th was raised in present day Ontario to defend against American Revolutionaries. The 84th Regiment had one of the oldest and most experienced officer corps of any regiment in North America many veterans from the Seven Years War. They were a key element of the British Army in the American Revolution. Starting in 1776, they fought in the Battle of Moore's Creek Bridge, The defence of Fort St. John, the battle of Quebec, and the defence of Nova scotia from land and sea attacks.

                                                          "A" Company
 

Skirmishers. Light infantry and riflemen units. Through the use of rifles and skirmish lines, deliver powerful volleys unto the enemy. Survivability is key component of skirmishers and being able to reload and fire promptly, utilising cover and terrain, is part of the normal routine of a skirmisher's duties.

 
 
 
 
                                                          "B" Company
 

Mounted Infantry. Cavalry and line infantry units. Cutting down the enemy with fervor through decisive charges or carrying out determined engagements with bayonet and ball, mounted infantry must be especially capable for combat on foot and horse.

 
 
 
 
                                                          "C" Company
 

Artillery. Artillery units. Cannons, howitzers, mortars, and explosive crates are all part of the arsenal of the artillery. Artillerymen must have keen awareness of the battlefield around them, from spotting incoming fire from enemy artillery as well as locating enemy infantry to destroy.
