Yes, I've done it before and seen it happen before, but it only cancels the enemies stab. It doesn't actually do any damage.

Yes you can. I have definitely done it before, but I can't remember if you need to have 70+ ping or not (like for a Turkish kick) to be able to do it.

Yup, it is possible but it's all about luck. I've never seen anyone who managed to repeat it two or three times in a row.
