I am not saying that it should not be enforced, what I am saying is that for the past few years it has been a grey zone. Personally I ban people when they are racist, I will talk with Bob tonight and see which road we wish to go down as currently only half the admins act on this rule. A decision will be made tonight.

I don't think it's something that needs to be reported or we will have to many reports to deal with, it'll be punished if any admins are on at the time in-game.
