Reason For Ban: i punch killed Hoffman at the end of a round and was autokicked from the server, didnt know he was low, when i got back and spawned he tried to kill me at spawn i killed him and carried on playing accidently killed another teammate in a 3v2 and died, when i respawned hoffman tried to kill me again i killed him and was kicked i rejoined the server, joined my team and spaned cus it was just before 30 seconds and was instantly banned by phoenix who is in the same reg as hoffman i believe, stating that i was intentionly tk'ing and double spawing, i admit the mistake for the double spawning but believe hoffman should be the one getting kicked or warned not me.

Apology/Statement Against Ban: I am sorry for double spawning as ik it is allowed, i didnt check the timer before i spawned so thats my mistake. I do not apologise for tk;ing hoffman as he was waiting for me at spawn both times.

Unbanned. I know getting teamhitted and teamkilled is annoying, but you just can't simply teamkill the other guy as well. Next time please report him to the admins, or make a ban request here with proper evidence.
