Game Runs So Badly

My specs are
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 770
Ram: 8GB
Processor: i5-4690k 3.50GHz
Operating System: Windows 8

I'm able to play Battlefield 4 on Ultra with 60 fps but on here I have to play on the lowest settings and I still lag some. Is there something I can do to increase performance or does this game just not run good on certain computers?

Although Warband (and NW) aren't exactly very well optimised, not being able to run it on anything higher than low is rather odd. Does your PC feature integrated graphics? Could be possible the system is using that rather than your 770.

Doesn't use integrated graphics. Before I upgraded I had a 440 and it played better on it then the 770. My friend plays on a mac and runs it on high it seems like I should be able to play it on higher settings.
