Having had this thread pointed out to me by a friend, I have gone in and investigated the matter Lunatic. I pulled up yesterday's logs and read through every instance you pop up in it. The incident in question goes as follows. I have redacted the names and ID's of all players and bolded the lines which are involved in this complaint.

Vinze warned Player 1 (and on the behalf of player 1, the whole server), not to use foul language on our server. You then proceeded immediately after that warning, to use foul language. Looking further back, you had no legitimate reason to say this. You were not killed, you were not in a conversation or a yelling match. The only reason I can see for you having done this, is simply to provoke *KPR*Vinze*, the admin at the time, and to push his proverbial buttons by saying a foul word, immediately after you were warned not to do so. For this blatant and purposeful breach of server rules, and for trolling and antagonizing an admin from the perspective of the admin team, you were banned.
I would like to make this clear, if it has not already been so in our server rules, both in the server message in game, and in our teamspeak. The KPR
DOES NOT allow for the use of foul language on our server. While the game is rated T- for teen, you must be well aware that a large number of the active population who plays this game, is under the age of 16. While, we understand that many of these 'children' do curse and use foul language on a daily basis, especially when with their friends. We as a mature playing community, do not wish to encourage this behavior. An example I like to bring up in these situations is one of a child sitting and playing in a linebattle with his regiment. His parents, interested in what their child is doing in this 'gaming' group, are sitting with him for a short while. During this time, someone in chat rattles off a large amount of foul language and behavior. The parents, appalled at what they have just seen, tell the child he or she cannot play this game, and be part of the community we have. By spouting this foul language, that person has not only denied us a player in the community, but has been a poor representative of our community to the outside world. It is for this reason which we do not allow foul and abusive language on our server.
We do allow for unban requests, however all of these are handled in person in our teamspeak, not over the forums at FSEgames. If you wish to undergo this process, you are more than welcome to come to our teamspeak at KPR.teamspeak3.com, and apologize for your actions. It's a simple process, but we must believe you are sincere in your apology in this case.
In response to your first message, we host two events a week, and loan our server out on other weekdays to other regiments who wish to use it to host their own events. During these times, the attending individuals seem to have no issues in keeping to our fairly simply rule. It is only the rare individual which must be banned both in and outside of events on our sever for breaking our rule about abusive language. If you, as an individual feels the need to use this kind of language, and to antagonizing our admining team, we frankly do not need that kind of individual on our server.
If you have any further questions or complaints, you are more than welcome to post them here or in person on our teamspeak server. Though as mentioned above, unbanning can only happen in person.
Sincerely,
*KPR*Nalani*
