Seeing as Hekko left the FSE forums, I doubt there will be any more GF tournaments or a NWEC. 

Perhaps someone else would be up to hosting it.

When I asked about it he said he may continue it but probably not on these forums. Though don't take my word for it, it will be his decision to make.
