You are not considered a reputable man until you have incited a major drama between two regimental leaders, advocate suicide in as many ways as possible, ban everyone who has differing opinions from your server; and achieve the utmost obedience, loyalty, and admiration from your undoubtedly superior organization of socially inept teenagers.

Had experience with some sort of betrayal but not too serious and not so common no. Just surround yourself with people you know and trust just like Isolation mentioned.

I am unsure about the community, but at least within the 42nd we have got rid of 2 regimental leaders. Jimmy and Genital (both before my time). I don't know which did what, but one used team speak to listen on others conversations while in another channel, and would join if his name was at all mentioned. Plus both were complete control freaks and arseholes, who did not treat the members of the regiment well. So both were kicked out in our first 6 months.  (there is more I just don't know it all, as it happened before I joined the reg).

I wouldn't class this as betrayal as they both deserved it.   But it depends on what way you look at it from.

It really depends on who you want to be respected by.

If you want to be respected by mature people than be mature. If you want to be respected by trolls, troll around.

If you want to form a respected regiment, get a group of buddies together and stcik with them through all the shit that's gonna happen. Be disciplined, keep track of your members (to prevent trolls joining) and be active. You don't have to be the most skilled to be respected, but it is always easier to get fame and subsequently new recruits if you are good in melee, or your regiment is very good overall.
