Given you aren't the server owner/creator of this thread, you can't tell people that they can't post here. If he has legitimate ban/unban/admin requests, he can express them, and, on these forums at least, you are both equal in the eyes of the rules.
As you say you don't have the authority of a head admin/server owner etc, I'd let them respond to his post and leave it at that.
Now, if you would kindly stop instigating each other, and simply wait for a response from someone with actual authority, that would be greatly appreciated.
As William said, further unnecessary or instigative posting will be punished as needed, which applies to both of you.
Urectum, you may repost your request once more, due to the fact it is now buried under dozens of irrelevant posts. After that, please simply wait for their response.
I would also add that any privately hosted server may use whatever rules they choose, and are under no obligation to stick to anything they say, it being their own property. They are under no obligations to ban/unban anyone or provide access to their server to any given individual. This is not something that FSE has any control over (it being private property). You are free to make complaints/suggestions on any server's thread on forums, but bear in mind that you may not be listened to.
