For clarity I am not the regiment's leader in-title. I was told to be in charge by the Col. and LtCol. However for planning linebattles and overseeing the group management, yes I am a regiment leader. It's nothing personal.

63e should be 1st. They won season 2 and this should be respected until a new crown is given.
18th would analy rape all of the tier A regiments. Should be S class.
33e is tier A
92nd tier A
54th should be mid tier A. Still very good when they get the right guys on.
9th high tier B, might not 1 v 1 but still has quite a few skilled members.
USMC should be more mid to low tier B

I respectfully disagree, 92nd NA has some very good meleers (specificly: Redwall, Zzeth, Littlefield, etc.) not to mention their shooting, every LB with them i get sniped and never get to melee
