Rules

Please read this first. This is not a Napoleonic Wars event! I noticed that Jorvasker had posted his here, which is where people will notice it anyway...so yeah! Rules are below. If anyone played North and South almost 2 years ago, you remember the GCG event. We are trying to take those rules and clean them up a bit instead of just having people running around ramboing.

Sign-in at 7:30pm EST at our Teamspeak atl01.mainvoice.net:7007
2 maps, first to 3
FoC is allowed
Can crouch in any environment (excluding line infantry)
1 Officer class per regiment (1 revolver!)

Line Infantry (Need at least 6)
FoC is allowed
In open ground (when not charging), you must line up with 1-2 spacing
Double ranks are allowed
In cover, you may spread out to 3-4 man spacing
Can only crouch behind defences

Zouaves (Minimum 4 Maximum 15)
FoC is allowed
May take 3-5 man spacings regardless of terrain
May not be sharpshooters (Must choose from Infantry classes)
Can fire while on  retreat
No bayonets

Cavalry (Minimum 7 Maximum 15)
Must dismount to fire
May have 1-2 man spacings
Must dismount and join an friendly Infantry line if the unit is below 3

Artillery (Minimum 4 Maximum 10)
2 guns (This means you can have howitzers)
6 Artillery guards max (Line infantry only)
Artillery guards may have no required spacing but must stay within 20 steps of the guns
May have only one sapper
