Changes in vars and rules

Variable: Enemy-Flag-Block-Range: 20m -> 10m
We doubled the range some while ago to try it out. We will now return to the old value and see about feedback in comparison

Rule: Don't crouch behind covers -> Don't crouch, even not behind covers
Clarification, that you are not allowed to crouch at all

In General: Only hussars and heavy cav unlocked
After some complaints about the own teams cav playing as dismounted light infantry and not helping with objectives as melee cav, we will try to have only hussars and heavies pickable for cav regiments and see if that helps the balance. (As sideeffect we dont have to change the units-config each week anymore as it is now consistent)

Explanation: We halved the Blockrange again for enemies to block a flag as a test, after we got some feedback on that issue.
If we see it has a negative effect, we will change it back (if necessary mid-event).
