Small regiments with less than 25 men active can now apply to have the admin pass for a week to recruit for their regiment.

The 2nd Staff and Officer Corps have at this time decided not to have Cav, however, we had a meeting last night to discuss the regiments future in 2015 and we have come to the conclusion that Cav may be on the horizon for us, so maybe in about 6 months or so
