*Fixed* Stuck in slow motion.

Somehow I managed to put my game in slow motion, and I can't change it back.
This happens on MP servers and when I host a private server too.
It is a problem with M&B. (Tried playing Native and NW)

Things I have tried to fix it:
-Validate my game cache
-Delete local game data, and re-installing
-Ctrl+F9 (The slow-motion cheat) Made my game go 4 times as slow.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Someone had this problem before, https://www.fsegames.eu/forum/index.php?topic=5507.msg181906#msg181906 but he did not list a way to fix it. If anyone knows him, then feel free to send me his steam name.

*Fixed* Restarting my computer fixed it Q_______q
