There are loads of former European colonies out there, you may even live in one! Which one(s) are your favorite?
A lot of them have interesting history.

Tsingtao. Former German colony still produces the best beer in whole China. :P
If you google it, you unfortunately don't find many pictures of the city, only BEER.

Tsingtao was not the colony. It is "just" the main city of it. The colony is Kiautschou

Yes, it seems China has done many 99 year leases to European Countries. Well, Hong Kong is a 99 year lease example.

Pretty sure the Germans controlled Yantai,China.
They did have some sort of other colony in China as well.
