I have been running track and working out pretty intensively and decided to set an historical goal. I am 5.8 which coincidentally was the average height of civil war soldiers. Keeping this in mind im shooting for a weight of 140 pounds which was about the average weight of a civil war soldier. All about dat Authenticity.

the sucky part of this is I ordered some W&W under drawers 4 months ago and lost a bunch of weight so when they arrived a couple days ago they were to big on me :P

Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

Zac, don't talk as if you have a life outside of re-enactment.

It's just an illusion.

You're one of us.

Yeah, I've put on a couple of pounds, aiming for that jolly ex-Kulak NKVD trooper look, the kind that says I'll probably be killed off by Stalin at some point but until then live a nice life (or so I keep telling myself :'( )

Easy to make some po'boy suspender. Find a cloth and double bind them. then cut hole at the bottom of strip. Ta'da.  Very simple and cheap considering all you have to do is go to a fabric shop.
