We once had guests of the German Junior FD.

Best barbeque ever.

I am jealous.
Probably one of the very few old-timers here who hasn't been a regimental leader.

So when exactly did this thread turn into a German cooking lesson?

See you all there, though. Don't think I'll recognize most of you, and if I do, I'll probably be too shy to say anything. Would help if I knew your real names  :P
Mine's Casper, by the way. I'm the guy with ridiculous farby long blond hair  :P I'll be with the Landwehr.

"VIVE L'EMPEREUR"
"GOD SCHUTZE DER KÖNIG ARRG" *clubs musket*
*Blocks strike* "Hey are you Casper?"
"Why yes! You are Mr_T, from the forums, aren't you? Oh, excuse me" *strikes musket at random Frenchie*
*Lunges at Prussian* "Yes! How every nice to meet you!"

Yeah, I can totally see that happening.

Ahh, I can see it now, the Prussians shoot one volley, and the French all begin to French salute.

I just wonder how WW2 re-enacting is thought about in Germany?

I mean, the Allied and the Russian troops would be fine, but the German troops...
