From 3rd oct. - 6th oct. is Wartenburg, which is organized by my group. And than the last event will take place in leipzig on 20th oct.  8)

from the 2nd to 5th octobre is also a very small event at Neuhaus/ Oste (near to the Noth Sea coast) with a landing operation etc. But we are just like 30-50 guys :P

Doing a reenactment tomorrow in Copenhagen or as locals say, København. Reenactment of occupying ex military base as its own "country" with our own laws which to be known as Freetown Christiania. Smoke and drink away!

The international Fleet Review in Sydney Harbour, HRH Prince Harry is going to be there :) and weve been invited for a private reception onboard a french frigate with the centre-admiral in charge of the french pacific fleet

A random question for you ACW boys, on average, how many grains of powder does one cartridge hold? I imagine reenactors cartridges and real ones are a bit different in their size, so what do you use?

I use 55 to get a decent load, but not wasting powder so I can make more rounds. Most people put in about 60-75 where you can feel a bit of a kick.

Hm, I usually use 45-50 for mine, of course it is only a .45 cal, when actually target shooting I use 80.
