Nice, we did a 46km walk over 3 days for a fitness/tactical thingy a few years ago :)

A nice relaxing pic from a while back

46 kilometres over three days sounds more like a light stroll than a fitness exercise.

15 kilometers a day, full gear?

Mediocre.
It all depends on the shoes.

Probably one of the very few old-timers here who hasn't been a regimental leader.

Went through 2 pairs of shoes, was raining all the time, This is up at Katoomba,Blue Mountains, an hour or two from Sydney, alot of hills,Bush etc and a Very rickety bridge. In Full Kit it wasnt hard but it was heavy.

Just wondering, did you ever do that?

No, no 15 kilomters. 20-30 Km.
12 Kg Backpack, 6 days long. No sanitair, no chairs either.

Zac, I would loved to do a event like that. Just marching along.

Some group of friends are considering to do a march just before 150th Spotsylvania event.

GET DORKAK

This is why i say group, cuz Dordak is already interested. Though he is a federal troop. He told me to bring the idea up on AC forum to see if anyone want tag along or any advices from the vets.
