I don't see how it's entirely unusual someone might have unfitting size of clothes. I can imagine it was probably quite rare sight back in the day, but still.  :P

While people often were issued wrong sizes, they usually mended it to fit themselves.

and i know the hats and pants on one of them is probably wrong but this was for the duel,,they borowed the uniforms

The guy with the camera was way too interested in filming your crotch. I'd sic Interpol on him.
