So, we all seem to have had a good weekend

im broke after the weekend after going through 5 flints,spending $400 odd , and shoes braking

oh and found this,,the shako the guy is wearing is borrowed so yes its wrong for the rest of the uniform

I never truly liked the British hussar uniform. The loose white braid hasn't got enough swag.

This guy also seems to have bought his pants a few sizes too big.

really it look fine, but were were certain standards for cav

well you said that his pants are a few sizes too big in the picture but they look fine to me. So im asking was there a type of stye for cav to wear tight pants.

The napoleonic age is quite famous for its tight pants. The ACW was all 'meh let's get comfy'

Considering this man is wearing his white pantaloons (intended for parade) instead of the overalls (for campaign), he really shouldn't have this much 'slobbing'.
