Also I would like to welcome our first new member for the 15e Voltgieurs. Cadet Smithy applied last night.

He has been playing the game longer than I have and ranks even me in skill in melee. He is most notable for being the former commander of the Marins Garde during Mount and Musket and NW. He should be a valued addition to our community.

Its very nice to have him. I had a good chill for over an horu with him. I had known Smithy for years but never really got close enough to him to get to know him that well. We both talked about the 15e and Marins and both of our origins of how we got leading. We like knowing where how Ice , Pepper and myself along with some other PLg guys got to know each other and I found it interesting his insight on the Marins which I never knew to well.

We will see about the corps artillery idea. Its something myself Oscar and Pepper will need to discuss for we are the smallest unit in the corps and it would be difficult to spare men unless were consistently having an overflow.
