Unless you are a very large regiment there is no need to go higher than company. In many of those large regiments being an NCO means very little due to having so many officers. In here as with the other regs I have lead we like to have a minimum amount of ranks so each has an important role to play.

You guys did the 15e selections from 21e when I was at school, so therefore it was rigged for NA people.
