I've been away from my usual place because I've been taking care of a rabbit that got hit by a car and I've also been helping my grandfather work on his house. I haven't ditched lol, just checking in.

Hey Millander, what do you think of my new avatar? I'm thinking of making a pack of avatars like this one for the 15e

Badass linebattle, I captured 3 enemy flags and dropped a nice pile of Russians. Some screenshots from after the battle.

You could use the Austrian or British coats. They're single breasted jackets.

Also Dutch units in 1815 used an Austrian-style shako. They're very well made skins, just trying to help you out is all.

http://centjours.mont-saint-jean.com/unitesNL.php This website has all of the uniforms if you want to take a peek

By the way, you should add some Belgian units man!  ;D we need some lovin' too lol

Again, very nice job on the skins

It's not similar to that at all really. Lancers are already easy enough to fight or evade. And 99% of players would think of trying because there isn't a need to try "chamber" blocking a lance. A lot of people don't even bother blocking lancers, they just place a properly timed stab and kill their horse.

They are nice skins but if you want to make them a bit more historically accurate I can supply you with some images. For example the jackets of the Dutch army in 1815 were all single-breasted. I do really like the Colonial Infantry uniform however. But if you are open to making these a bit more historically accurate I would be happy to help. And I'm sure our friendly neighborhood Duuring would enjoy helping you with this.

And 1 small note, the Kingdom of Holland was a pro-Napoleon state like Joer said. These units are from the 1814-1815 United Kingdom of the Netherlands which fought against Napoleon at Quatre Bras and Waterloo.

Again, I think it's silly to only do it for muskets. Although I suppose it's forgivable in a groupfighting server where all of the fighting is done with bayoneted muskets. However in a mod or non-groupfighting server I think the removal should apply to all weapons 1. for balance and 2. for logic/realism.

Westphalian regiments wear green facings if I'm not mistaken

Light blue would be Elbe - at least according to the centjours website

I'm guessing line infantry because of the coat although the shako is abnormal

I find the argument that other classes would be OP to be a silly and rather senseless argument. Bayonets are already significantly more powerful than any other melee weapon. They're fast and are 1-2 hit kills, 1 hits are more common than not. Cavalry muskets and swords would not be op, they have less range and far less damage than a bayonet. And shooting is part of the game, its the Napoleonic era. If you're truly so upset by shooting then I would suggest groupfighting or native. Shooting is a fun and rewarding part of the game.

For muskets only? That doesn't really make any sense to be honest, plus it would be unfair. Removing the downblock for all weapons would be the best idea because it's just an illogical system. You can't statically block a thrust like you can with cuts.

I don't agree with the poll because the removal should apply to all weapons not just muskets
