In the reg rep meeting, we discussed lowering spec caps to facilitate attendance and during all charge, using the rule of 3 rule regardless of numbers if one side is delaying/notcharging/etc.

Id like to suggest doing 2 specialties a week instead of all 3 with 120 man events along with Cavalry dismounting at all charge
