Posted on behalf of a Forum banned user - Forum / Server bans are independent so I feel he deserves his reason - Malakith

What was happening when you got banned: I havn't been on in a long time and I wasnt banned while I was in the server so I can't say.
Time and date: Sometime in the last week, I was not banend at the end of Febuary (Last time I went on)
Timezone: GMT/BST

General Discussion / 2e - CO inappropriate line battle conduct

Putting this out there as both a warning to event organisers and people potentially joining their regiment.
The 2e's Leader - 2e_Cpt_Penn
In the middle of a Line Battle event decided he would leave the game, create a fake name. Rejoin on the opposite team and then assassinate that teams officers before logging out to hopefully escape his obvious ban.
Under usual circumstances I would just ban the guy and get on with it but considering this is a regiment leader I would expect far better conduct from them, especially when attending a 200 man event.

If the rest of the 2e still wish to attend (I suspect they do not) they are more than welcome but he most certainly is not and has been ID banned as such from the logs.

Events: EU / 77y Thursday Siege Event

When? - Every Thursday, 7pm UK Time (Winter = GMT, Summer = BST)
Where? - 77y_Siege_Server - 200 Slots
Who? - All regiments are welcome providing they send a representative to attend the pre-battle meeting.
Restrictions
No Cavalry
No Sappers (This is up for discussion at a later date)
No Rifles / Musketoons (This is up for discussion at a later date)
No Rocket Troop
Cannon / Howitzer / Mortar - To be defined by the map selected and assigned out to specific regiments during the pre-battle meeting.
Bonuses - DISABLED (Until they resolve lag issues)
Rules
Line Formation - When outside of the castle/fort all units must move in Line Formation (Minimum 6 men), this includes Defenders sallying out to attack gun positions and Attackers respawning.
Once the attackers reach charging range of the walls they may disperse so as to climb ladders, enter breaches etc.
Shooting on the Charge IS allowed
Attacker Respawn = 5 Seconds, Defender Respawn = 30 Seconds.
Attacker Lives - Unlimited, Defender Lives - 5
Round Time - 20 Minutes (Tweaking is possible to improve balance in the future, this will not occur mid-event)
Maps
For the first few events the stock Siege maps will be used, these will then be discussed by attending regiments as to how they can be modified to improve balance.
Custom maps may be tried once the event is established with anyone able to contribute.
Pre-Battle Meeting
All regiments wishing to attend should send a representative to the 77y Teamspeak at 6:30 UK time (Winter = GMT, Summer = BST)

They need to provide the following information:
1. Number of men they are bringing
2. Whether they would like an Artillery piece.
Late comers will forfeit their spots if the server is already full, failing that they will be the lowest priority when considering Artillery assignment etc.
