Hi guys,
I'm Mr. Dobson AKA Brawn, and I am the leader of Queen's Guard Brigade. I recently acquired myself a 200 slot Blue Fang Solutions server and decided that I'm going to give line battle hosting a try. Below this short introduction will be the rules, requirements, and then an easy way to sign up.
RULES:infantry:1. You may not fire out of line (FOL) but you may fire then charge, which is where the charging force unloads the current round in their musket and may not reload until in a proper line.
Consequence = slay
2. No ramboing, which is where a single man charges an enemy force unaccompanied by a friendly line.
Consequence = slay
3. When reached an amount higher or equal to 20, that line must form a double column.
Consequence = verbal thrashing
4. When a line has been depleted to the amount of 3 or less, that line must join a friendly line (exception for if they are the surviving remainder of the team, they then have permission to charge).
Consequence = mass slaying
5. Friendly lines
may not wound each other or
troll in any way.
Consequence = regimental ban from event
Cavalry:1. Maximum amount of cavalry is 16 and minimum is 10
Consequence = making the certain group go line infantry.
2. All cavalry troopers must stay together in a sort of blob or line.
Consequence = slaying of those who aren't in formation.
2. Dragoon cav must form a sort of rugged line in order to preform a volley, dragons may also dismount and act as line infantry if they wish.
Consequence = slaying of those who fire, it will be considered FOLing
3. When a cavalry unit is depleted to numbers of 4 and under, must dismount their horses and join a friendly line, it will be considered ramboing if you do not comply.
Consequence = slaying of all ramboing
Skirmishes/ Light Infantry:1. Maximum number of rifles allowed are 12 (for
They can become OP) and the minimum is 6.
Consequence = must be moved to a line trooper class
Light infantry may have a maximum of 16 and a minimum of 10 (for they too can become OP, but not as much as the rifles).
2. Gaps of five men maximum is allowed between each rifleman, while a three man gap is the highest the light infantry can have. Both may be able to crouch
Consequence = slaying
3. One Sapper for each skirmisher/ light inf.
4. Light infantry may not be able to pick musketoons or rifles. They must have infantry muskets or cavalry muskets.
5. If a light infantry or rifles regiment is depleted to four or less men, they must choose another appropriate line to join.
Consequence = slay
Artillery:1. An artillery regiment must have at least 6 men, and 8 men maximum.
Consequence = be part of a line regiment
2. Artillery should contain two trains, two officers, and two rankers who reload the cannons.
Consequence = replacing the position
3. Each team can have a maximum of 10 arty guards and a minimum of 5 guards, other regiments may or may not help guard the artillery.
Consequence = transition
REQUIREMENTS- if you want to be cavalry, skirmishes, or artillery you must apply for it

LINE BATTLE INFORMATION- the Linebattle will be held at 8:00 - 9:30 pm on Saturday, on the server named "86thQFR_SAT_LB" and the password will be given out ten minutes before the event, so be on your steam account ahead of time.
