Technical Support / Lag as soon as I join a server

Basically for the last week or so I have been unable to play NW.
When ever I go join a server my team speak starts to lag and anything that is using the internet also starts to lag.
Please help

Basically my PSU on my gaming pc broke and so I need a new psu but do not know which one to get, please help.

I have been thinking about this a bit.
Who ever did the DOS must of known that the only person who can bring the website back on would of gone on holiday beforehand, since it is too much of a convenience that the one time the website gets DOS'ED the only person who can fix the website is away.
