68th Finreht Lowlanders Regiment
History
Finreht Three-Seven is a tide-locked moon the size of a large planet that is classified by the Imperium as a Feral World. It is marginally habitable and its people are hardy and notoriously tough survivors. The Clans of Finreht Three-Seven are semi-nomadic people. Clan warfare is important and many clans have hereditary rivalries which date back for centuries.
Only a few regiments have ever been raised by Finreht Three-Seven due to the extremely low population of the world, and new regimental creations are almost unheard of. Instead, those Finreht Regiments already in existence receive a steady stream of reinforcements, giving these regiments long histories of service, unlike many other Imperial Guard regiments which are destroyed and raised from scratch several times over.
